  • Sara Kausch

    Assistant Director, Dancer

    Sara Kausch, originally from Toledo, Ohio, graduated as Presidential Scholar with a BFA in Dance, Minor in Nonprofit Leadership, and Certificate in Dance Studio Management from Western Michigan University in the Spring of 2022. As an artist, she explores performance and choreography in many capacities, such as through proscenium performance, immersive performance, site-specific performance, and screen dance presentation. In 2019/20, Sara was a member of Western Dance Project, a student touring ensemble, under the direction of Whitney Moncrief. She has also worked with other notable mentors such as Seyong Kim and Jackie Nowicki, performing in WMU’s Winter Gala Dance Concert (2020, 2021, 2022). In 2021, Sara was invited as a performer to Detroit Dance City Festival and Cleveland Dance Festival. She began her professional career in the summer of 2022 as a Dancer with CPR Dance: Inhale Movement for its inaugural season.

    Sara has choreographed many notable works and received the 2021 Maggie Allessee Choreography Award for a solo piece titled Ten/10. This piece was also selected to represent WMU in the Adjudication Concert at the American College Dance Association East-Central Conference in March 2022. Additionally, Sara strives to enhance her skills and passions in production, administration, and education by establishing artistic possibilities through organizational management within various companies. She previously worked as the Administrative/Operations Manager for The Florida Ballet but is excited to return to CPR Dance: Inhale Movement!

  • Dennis Davis

    Dancer

    Dennis Davis, a Southwest Michigan native, has danced professionally in NYC, Pittsburgh, and Michigan in ballets and contemporary companies. He has toured the United States with multiple dance competitions, worked with Disney Cruise Lines, and is currently excited for the opportunity to return for his second season with CPR: Inhale Movement. "I feel beyond blessed to be able to do what I love- performing art- close to the home I love."

  • Wolfgang Goluska

    Dancer, Marketing Team

    Wolfgang Goluska is a dedicated dancer who has recently begun his professional career. He started his dance journey at Elizabeth Williams School of Dance at the age of 8, where he focused on ballet while also studying tap and jazz. Wolfgang was eventually invited to guest dance with Children's Ballet Theater, which led to him to join their company for their 2018-2019 season. Over the years, Wolfgang continued to push himself and improve his skills, attending summer intensives at institutions such as Grand Rapids Ballet, Northeast Academy of Dance, Cincinnati Ballet, and New York Dance Project.

    At Grand Valley State University, Wolfgang furthered his dance education, studying modern and ballet dance technique along with dance history, dance costuming, dance on camera, choreography, urban dance, and dance pedagogy. While studying, Wolfgang continued to perform as a guest dancer with various companies, including West Michigan Youth Ballet, HIS Academy of Dance, and Greater Lansing Ballet Company. Through his dedication and hard work, Wolfgang graduated from GVSU with a B.A. in dance in April of 2023. He is thrilled to be joining CPR Dance: Inhale Movement for his first season.

  • Emily Hill

    Dancer, Marketing Team

    Emily Hill (she/her) is a dancer and choreographer from South Lyon, MI. In April of 2023, she graduated from Western Michigan University, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance and a minor in marketing. Throughout her time at Western, Emily has had the privilege of working with Yin-Yue and Peridance Contemporary Dance Company and performing works choreographed by guest artists Kiki Lucas and Kimberly Cooper of Decidedly Jazz DanceWorks. Emily has also performed various student works and works choreographed by faculty members Monique Haley and Seyong Kim, and alumna Katy Copeland. Emily also served as a member of Western Dance Project, WMU Dance Department’s touring performance company under the direction of Kelsey Paschich, and served as the apparel and marketing coordinator for Orchesis Dance Society, a registered student organization through the Department of Dance. Currently, Emily is dancing with CPR Dance: Inhale Movement, a contemporary company in southwest Michigan in their sophomore season and will be moving to Columbus, Ohio in the fall of 2023 to join Whirlwind, a contemporary dance company under the direction of Joshua Manculich.

  • Abby Marchesseault

    Dancer

    Abby Marchesseault hails from northern Virginia, where she first studied classical dance at The Fairfax Ballet. She trained in ballet and modern dance at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, LINES Ballet, Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, and Paul Taylor Dance Company; and holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University, where she was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Dance.

    Abby has danced with, toured with, and choreographed for a variety of contemporary companies in NYC, including Tina Croll + Company, ARIM Dance, Adams Company Dance, Artists By Any Other Name, ShadowDance Productions, and others. She was a long-standing member of The Connecticut Ballet, where she performed both solo and ensemble roles in works by Michel Fokine, Anna Sokolow, Lila York, Darrell Grand Moultrie, and Aguibou Bougobali Sanou; and performed and served as dance captain for works by Joe Locarro, and Bob Fosse. As a freelancer, she has had the privilege of performing works by choreographers such as Paul Taylor, Danny Buraczeski, Heidi Latsky, Adam Hougland, and Joshua L. Peugh. Other notable credits include appearing in Julian Fellowes' The Chaperone with Elizabeth McGovern, Mirando Otto, and Robert Fairchild; performing alongside Kenny Loggins in concert; serving as dance consultant for the Bach Cello Suites Festival at Carnegie Hall; and sharing a NY Dance and Performance Award (“Bessie”) for Best Revival in 2020.

    Her own choreography has been presented in multiple venues across New York City, Detroit, South Bend, Chicago, and Dallas, as well as internationally in Sydney, Australia, and Ubud, Indonesia. She continues to choreograph and perform both in the Midwest and New York, and enjoys collaborating with filmmakers, visual artists, musicians, actors, and fellow dancers.

  • Libby McKenzie

    Dancer

    Libby McKenzie is a recent graduate of Western Michigan University. She graduated as Presidential Scholar, and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in dance. While at WMU, she performed in student, professional, and self-choreographed works. Most notably, she performed “Inertia,” choreographed by Kelsey Paschich, “Woman,” choreographed by Tsai Hsi Hung, excerpts from Decidedly Jazz Danceworks’ “Family of Jazz,” choreographed and restaged by Kim Cooper, and most recently “8 Stages of College” by Katy Copeland. She has also had the privilege of performing works by Seyong Kim, Carolyn Pavlik, and Penny Saunders. Libby was a member of WMU Dance Department’s traveling performance company, Western Dance Project, during the 2021-2022 school year under the direction of Kelsey Paschich. She has been fortunate enough to attend numerous summer intensives such as Eisenhower Dance Detroit’s NewDanceFest, Vim Vigor, and Grand Rapids Ballet, and also teaches and choreographs for local West Michigan dance studios. Her most recent accolades include her self-choreographed solo, “of all that is changing” receiving second place in the Maggie Allesee choreography competition in December 2022, and then going on to represent WMU at the American College Dance Association East-Central Conference in March 2023.

  • Paige Mulick

    Dancer, Marketing Team

    Paige Mulick (she/her), is a recent graduate of Western Michigan University with a BFA in Dance and a BA in Arts Administration. Paige is passionate about performing, choreographing, teaching, and administration in dance. In her time at WMU, Paige worked with choreographers including Kiki Lucas, Carolyn Pavlik, Seyong Kim, Kelsey Paschich, Jeremy Blair, and Katy Copeland. Paige has also performed in and created works for student shows throughout her time at WMU. In addition to her studies, Paige worked as the Production Manager for Orchesis Dance Society, a social media assistant for WMU Dance, served as the student representative for Partners In Dance, and explored Arts Management through an internship at The GhostLight Theatre. A native of southwest Michigan, Paige has returned home to continue performance, teaching, and choreography. Paige is thrilled to be a part of the sophomore season of CPR Dance: Inhale Movement.

  • Megan Vernier

    Marketing Director, Dancer

    Megan Vernier (she/her) is a dance artist and creative from Oxford, MI. She recently graduated with honors from Grand Valley State University, where she obtained degrees in Dance, as well as Advertising & Public Relations. Megan was recognized for her achievements and was awarded the "Excellence-in-a-Discipline" Award for Dance.

    During her time at GVSU, Megan had the privilege of working with student, faculty, and guest choreographers, including Wallie Wolfgruber, Paul Singh, Renaldo Maurice, Carrie Brueck Morris, Hannah Seidel, Rachel Miller, Edgar L. Page, and many more.

    Megan's dance journey has encompassed performances in various festivals and showcases across Michigan. Notable highlights include her solo work at Detroit Dance Race, Women's Work presented by Kristi Faulkner Dance, and Midwest RAD Fest. In addition, Megan served as a Company Intern for ConteXture Dance Detroit during their 2022 season, where she immersed herself in understudying works and performing in their concert, "Joy".

    This season, Megan is thrilled to join CPR Dance: Inhale Movement, not only as a dancer but also as Marketing Director!

  • Chloe Kibler

    Intern

    Chloe (she/her) is an incoming dance major at Western Michigan University and an intern for CPR Dance. She has been dancing at Dance Arts since the age of three, and completed four years at Berrien County Dancers, where she choreographed and produced multiple group pieces. During her senior year of high school, Chloe assisted Theresa Graziano in teaching BCD’s beginning dance class. She’s attended various competitions and conventions and furthered her studies at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp in the summer. Chloe is thrilled to be back with the company for its sophomore season.
