Sara Kausch
Assistant Director
Sara Kausch, originally from Toledo, Ohio, graduated as Presidential Scholar with a BFA in Dance, Minor in Nonprofit Leadership, and Certificate in Dance Studio Management from Western Michigan University in the Spring of 2022. As an artist, she explores performance and choreography in many capacities, such as through proscenium performance, immersive performance, site-specific performance, and screen dance presentation. In 2019/20, Sara was a member of Western Dance Project, a student touring ensemble, under the direction of Whitney Moncrief. She has also worked with other notable mentors such as Seyong Kim and Jackie Nowicki, performing in WMU’s Winter Gala Dance Concert (2020, 2021, 2022). In 2021, Sara was invited as a performer to Detroit Dance City Festival and Cleveland Dance Festival. She began her professional career in the summer of 2022 as a Dancer with CPR Dance: Inhale Movement for its inaugural season.
Sara has choreographed many notable works and received the 2021 Maggie Allessee Choreography Award for a solo piece titled Ten/10. This piece was also selected to represent WMU in the Adjudication Concert at the American College Dance Association East-Central Conference in March 2022. Additionally, Sara strives to enhance her skills and passions in production, administration, and education by establishing artistic possibilities through organizational management within various companies. She previously worked as the Administrative/Operations Manager for The Florida Ballet but is excited to return to CPR Dance: Inhale Movement!

Dennis Davis
Company Member
Dennis Davis is a Michigan native and lover of all the arts. He trained at Spotlight Dance Academy (Grand Haven, MI) in various styles of dance before graduating from Orchard View high school and attending Point Park University (Pittsburgh, PA). While at Point Park, Dennis trained under the tutelage of Kiesha Lalama, Garfield Lemonius, Peter LeBreton Merz, Kwang Suk Choi, Douglas Bentz, Judith Leifer-Bentz, Susan Stowe, and Jason McDole. Dennis had the opportunity to work with directors and company members of Bill T. Jones’ “D-Man in the Waters”, Deeply Rooted Kevin Iega Jeff’s “Sky”, and Trey McIntyre’s “Blue Until June Suite” performing at the Byham Theater in Pittsburgh. Soon after studying at Point Park University Dennis joined Disney Cruise Lines as a mainstage performer and tumbler aboard the Disney Wonder. Following his contract with Disney, Dennis toured the states as a stage manager and MC for Legacy Dance Championships based out of Long Island, NY. When he returned to Michigan after years away, Dennis was blessed with the opportunities, communities, and family that allowed him to continue pursuing his love of dance and the arts.
Dennis has been a company member of CPR Dance: Inhale Movement since its first performance season as well as a company choreographer for the past 2 seasons. Recently he re-caught the musical bug, starring as “Rocky” in Rocky Horror Show at The Ghostlight Theater and becoming the choreographer for “RENT”. Dennis is so very grateful for the unconditional support, love, and understanding found in his West Michigan communities and families as he continues to strive towards his artistic dreams and goals.

Wolfgang Goluska
Company Member, Marketing Team
Wolfgang Goluska (he/him) started his dance journey at Elizabeth Williams School of Dance at the age of 8, where he focused on ballet while also studying tap and jazz. Wolfgang was eventually invited to guest dance with Children's Ballet Theater, which led to him to join their company for their 2018-2019 season. He has also attended summer intensives at Grand Rapids Ballet, Northeast Academy of Dance, Cincinnati Ballet, and New York Dance Project.
At Grand Valley State University, Wolfgang furthered his dance education, studying ballet and modern dance technique along with dance history, dance costuming, dance on camera, choreography, urban dance, and dance pedagogy. While studying, Wolfgang continued to perform as a guest dancer with various companies, including HIS Academy of Dance, Greater Lansing Ballet Company, and the West Michigan Youth Ballet. Wolfgang graduated from GVSU with a B.A. in dance in April of 2023. Following his academic career, Wolfgang joined CPR Dance: Inhale Movement for their sophomore season. Currently Wolfgang is continuing his dancing with CPR Dance as well as teaching and guest dancing with various groups.

Abby Marchesseault
Company Member
Abby Marchesseault hails from northern Virginia, where she first studied classical dance at The Fairfax Ballet. She trained in ballet and modern dance at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, LINES Ballet, Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, and Paul Taylor Dance Company; and holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Southern Methodist University, where she was awarded Outstanding Achievement in Dance.
Abby has danced with, toured with, and choreographed for a variety of contemporary companies in NYC, including Tina Croll + Company, ARIM Dance, Adams Company Dance, Artists By Any Other Name, ShadowDance Productions, and others. She was a long-standing member of The Connecticut Ballet, where she performed both solo and ensemble roles in works by Michel Fokine, Anna Sokolow, Lila York, Darrell Grand Moultrie, and Aguibou Bougobali Sanou; and performed and served as dance captain for works by Joe Locarro, and Bob Fosse. As a freelancer, she has had the privilege of performing works by choreographers such as Paul Taylor, Danny Buraczeski, Heidi Latsky, Adam Hougland, and Joshua L. Peugh. Other notable credits include appearing in Julian Fellowes' The Chaperone with Elizabeth McGovern, Mirando Otto, and Robert Fairchild; performing alongside Kenny Loggins in concert; serving as dance consultant for the Bach Cello Suites Festival at Carnegie Hall; and sharing a NY Dance and Performance Award (“Bessie”) for Best Revival in 2020.
Her own choreography has been presented in multiple venues across New York City, Detroit, South Bend, Chicago, and Dallas, as well as internationally in Sydney, Australia, and Ubud, Indonesia. She continues to choreograph and perform both in the Midwest and New York, and enjoys collaborating with filmmakers, visual artists, musicians, actors, and fellow dancers.

Paige Mulick
Company Member, Marketing Team
Paige Mulick (she/her), is a third-year company member with CPR Dance: Inhale Movement. Paige graduated in 2023 from Western Michigan University with a BFA in Dance and a BA in Arts Administration. She is passionate about performing, choreographing, teaching, and all aspects of arts administration. In her time at WMU, Paige worked with choreographers, including Kiki Lucas, Carolyn Pavlik, Seyong Kim, Jeremy Blair, and Katy Copeland, as well as numerous student choreographers. In 2022/23, Paige was a member of Western Dance Project, a touring ensemble from the Department of Dance under the direction of Kelsey Paschich. In 2022, Paige was invited to perform her self-choreographed and performed solo “redacted” at the Detroit Dance City Festival as part of the College Showcase. A native of southwest Michigan, Paige trained at The Citadel Dance & Music Center, where she now serves as a faculty member and company director.
In addition to her work in dance, Paige also serves as the Front of House Manager for The GhostLight Theatre in Benton Harbor. You may have seen Paige’s choreography onstage at The Sound of Music (Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra) White Christmas (Berrien Springs High School), and Cabaret (The GhostLight Theatre), amongst many other productions. Paige also enjoys indulging in the world of theatre and has taken on roles such as Janet Weiss in The Rocky Horror Show, Cathy Hiatt in The Last Five Years, and The Leading Player in Pippin (The GhostLight Theatre). Austin Panavong
Company Member
Austin (Bucky) Panavong (they/them) is a movement practitioner, choreographer, lighting designer, and teacher from Zeeland, MI. They began dancing at 16 under the direction of Nancy Clyde at Zeeland East High School and continued their dance studies at the University of Kansas before transferring to Western Michigan University. Throughout their undergraduate path, they have had the immense pleasure of working with choreographers such as KT Nelson, Mariana Oliveira, Penny Saunders, and Kelsey Paschich. Since leaving the university setting in 2022, their performances, choreography, and teaching has spanned across West Michigan. Currently, they are incredibly grateful to be a collaborator with Dance In The Annex (Grand Rapids, MI); company member with CPR Dance: Inhale Movement (Stevensville, MI); guest artist with Wellspring/Cori Terry & Dancers (Kalamazoo, MI); and repeat lighting designer for graduating capstones at Grand Valley State University (Allendale, MI). They also have been teaching at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp (Twin Lake, MI) for 2 consecutive summers. Bucky is filled with gratitude to be returning for another season with CPR and looks forward to exploring release, whimsy, and vulnerability this year.

Elliott Vargas
Company Member
Elliott Vargas (they/them) is a professional dancer currently based in the Southwest Michigan area. Born and raised in New Jersey, Elliott has had the privilege of working with various amazing choreographers such as Kevin Iega-Jeff, Lauren Edson, and Rebecca McLindon during their time at Oakland University. They gained their Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2019 and since then have been performing with many professional dance companies around the state such as Detroit Dance Collective, ConteXture Dance Detroit, Diversiform Dance Project, and many more. Elliott has also had multiple fulfilling opportunities like studying and performing dance abroad in Berlin, Germany with artist Henrik Kaalund and being involved in collaborative works with the Music Department at Oakland University. Their plans for the near future include obtaining a Master’s degree in Dance Movement/Therapy out of state and to continue performing across the country.

Olivia Gray
Emerging Artist
Olivia Gray originally from Howell, MI, has been dancing since she was two, training at a local studio. After high school she continued her dance education at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo MI where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in dance, in 2025. During her time at Western she performed in works by Seyong Kim, Marisa Bianan, Kelsey Paschich, Jae Man Joo, Kia Smith, Terk Lewis, and Christa Smutek. Olivia also served as a company member of Western Dance Project under the direction of Kelsey Paschich (2023-2024) and was assistant rehearsal director of the company, to Kelsey Paschich (2024-2025). She has performed in dance festivals across the country such as Palm Desert Choreographic Festival (CA), Xing Dance Theater’s City Dance Festival (D.C.), Grand Rapids Ballet Summer Dance Festival (MI), and Elpis Dance Festival (IL) in Seyong Kim’s work titled A Poem Written at the Cross. In 2024 she choreographed Coconut as part of WMU Dance’s Fall Student Showcase where it was then selected to be performed at Art Hop in Kalamazoo and WMU Dance’s Winter Gala 2025.

Baylee Hertel
Emerging Artist
Baylee Hertel, originally from Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Western Michigan University, where she also earned a certificate in Dance Studio Management. She has performed in various works by choreographers, including Marisa Bianian, Jeremy Blair, Roderick George, Jackie Nowicki, and Loïe Fuller's Lily of the Nile, reconstructed by Megan Slayter and Jessica Lindberg Coxe, as well as various student works. Baylee spent a year training with the touring dance company Western Dance Project under the artistic direction of Kelsey Paschich (2024–2025). Additionally, Baylee has had the opportunity to choreograph works such as 3302 and Between Push and Pull. She also co-choreographed Existence Is alongside Olivia Gray. In addition to her performance and training, Baylee has been on the Orchesis Dance Society board as a member of the Social Media Committee (2023–2025) and on the Movement Exchange board as the Fundraising Coordinator (2022–2025).

Chloe Kibler
Apprentice, Marketing Team
Chloe Kibler (she/her) is a current dance major at Western Michigan University and CPR Dance: Inhale Movement apprentice. She has been dancing at Dance Arts since age three and completed four years at Berrien County Dancers, where she choreographed and produced multiple group pieces. During her senior year of high school, Chloe assisted Theresa Graziano in teaching BCD’s beginning dance class. She’s attended various competitions and conventions and furthered her studies at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and Giordano Dance Chicago in the summer. At WMU, she is obtaining a BFA in Dance and has been selected for several student works and Western Dance Project '25-26. Chloe is thrilled to return for the company's fourth season.

Hannah Bernhardt
Apprentice
Hannah Bernhardt (she/her) recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Grand Valley State University with a double major in Dance and Advertising & Public Relations. Throughout her time as a dancer, she has had the pleasure of working with artists such as Andi Salazar, Renaldo Maurice, Adam McGaw, and Liz Schmidt, among many others. She began dancing at three years old in Marine City, Michigan, and trained as a competitive dancer from age eleven through her youth. She has been trained in numerous styles of dance, with an emphasis on ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary. Throughout her time at Grand Valley, she has performed pieces in the Fall and Spring Dance Concerts and has also performed work by fellow students in the Senior Dance Capstone Concert and in the Momentum Dance Organization. She has choreographed eight pieces for Momentum Dance Organization, received Runner-Up at Michigan Dance Council’s Maggie Allesee Choreography Competition, and was fortunate enough to receive the Excellence-in-a-Discipline for Dance and the Upper Division Dance Scholarship, along with a nomination for the Alexander Calder Honors Scholarship. In addition, her self-choreographed solo, “Intrusive Ruminations,” was one of two works selected to be performed in Grand Valley State University’s Spring Dance Concert 2025. In the future, she plans to continue dancing and choreographing to share her love of movement with others.

Hannah McGrew
Apprentice
Hannah McGrew (she/her) is a freelance dance artist and educator. Her passion for dance began in southwest Michigan with Berrien County Dancers, under the direction of Theresa Graziano. During her time with BCD, she had the opportunity to perform works by choreographers Cesar Salinas, Stephanie Martinez, Ron de Jesus, Jon Lehrer, and Nick Pupillo. It was also during this formative period that she discovered her love for performance and choreography, earning the Excellence in Dance and Choreography Award.
McGrew went on to study dance and psychology at Hope College in Holland, Michigan, where she trained with Matthew Farmer, Sharon Wong, Heather Cornell, Jasmine Mejia, and others. While at Hope, she performed with H2 Dance Company and Striketime Dance Theatre, with her performances reaching audiences throughout the Midwest, New York City, and Europe.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, McGrew has continued to nurture her passion for movement by performing and choreographing numerous works showcased at festivals and events in various cities. Committed to cultivating positive and inclusive dance communities, she remains devoted to continual growth, lifelong learning, and creative exploration.

Lydia Hart
Apprentice
Lydia spent seven years training at the Grand Rapids Ballet School under artistic director Patricia Barker where she performed in ballets such as The Nutcracker, Peter Pan, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, and Carnival of the Animals.
In 2024, Lydia received her B.A in Dance from Grand Valley State University where she performed and understudied in student, faculty, and guest pieces including pieces by Edgar L. Page, Renaldo Maurice, DJ Smart, and Carolyn Pampalone Rabbers. She has attended summer intensives at Grand Rapids Ballet, Martha Graham Dance Company, Zion Dance Project, CARE Conservatory of Ballet, and Turning Pointe School of Dance, and has performed in UPPERROOM’s End of Year conference choreographed by Vincent Hardy.

She has choreographed forAnother Day of Sunfor Holland High School’s vocal ensemble, led a summer workshop for elementary students in Honduras, and choreographed a solo performance for local television in Paraguay.
